Hi, my name is Amanda. I started making vanilla extract in 2007 because I was unhappy with the quality of vanilla that was available locally. I'm a passionate home cook and I believe that high quality ingredients can make simple dishes really something special. I was so pleased with the results that I knew I had to share it, so in 2008 I started Exotic Extracts.
Exotic Extracts is a family business and we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.
Our vanilla extract is sugar and preservative free, Australian made and is aged for a minimum of six months before it is bottled and sold.
Our vanilla extract contains vanilla bean seeds and will continue to improve as it is shelved. We're confident you will never look back once you've tried the real thing!
